This is an exciting opportunity to join an established but ambitious, rapidly growing business in a role that has direct financial impact on the business and clear visibility to the Directors.
Essentially, the purpose of the role is to build rapport with the relevant contacts and to use your experience, negotiation and influencing skills to leverage preferential agreements with the panel of preferred insurers the client works with.
You’d be a key member of the team and would have one direct report.
There would be occasional travel as the role dictates, but the majority of your time would be spent in London (City)

Experience/Qualifications required:
- Experience of working in a similar role for an Insurance Broker
- Demonstrable track record of achievement in this area
- Solid knowledge of insurance regulations and the impact upon potential proposals
- General understanding of pricing underwriting
