Mechanical Engineer – Driveline

Our client is looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience with Driveline to join their growing R&D team who manufacture commercial vehicles for clients globally.

The successful Mechanical Engineer will:

• Be responsible for the development of driveline systems including axles, powerpacks, gearboxes, steering, suspension, brakes, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Support the application and integration of driveline systems into the vehicles from concept to release.
• Support new and existing projects.
• Provide technical guidance for other engineering functions.
• Support the delivery of driveline projects to meet programme targets of quality, function, cost, weight, and time.

You must:

• Have a degree in an engineering field.
• 2 years+ post graduate experience
• 3D CAD experience with SolidWorks or ideally Catia
