Salary: £26,000 per year
Supported living service based in Pulborough requires experienced support worker to work in a small unit for 3 adults with autism and challenging behaviour.
This is an amazing oppourtunity to work with functioning but high needs autism. High level of 1-1 work involved with the role so you must be an excellent communicator looking to build relationships with service users.
The role comes with a large amount of activity planning and you must be prepared to deal with both verbal and physical challenging behaviour.
Salary is enhanced and the organisation has many services acorss the sussex area so the room for advancement is high.
