Salary: £26,000 per year
We are looking for a full time / Part time / Bank hours (days/nights) senior/support worker in Fareham – if you are interested I can send more details and we can arrange an interview, do let me know.
Responsible to: (Day to day issues) = Team Leader
Accountable to: (Line Manager) = Residential Manager
Responsible for: No direct supervisory responsibility
Job Purpose:
To provide a safe warm caring and stable environment for our Service Users. To create a ‘respectful’ culture and ethos within the home in which the needs of the Service Users are paramount where they are encouraged to develop, mature and achieve their full potential. For a stable and consistent role in the lives of the Service Users are cared for, it requires an active and long term commitment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000per year
