Support Worker

My client is a well-established Charity and are currently recruiting in the community of Bournemouth with an outstanding reputation for the specialist 24/7 Autism Care they provide within Dorset.

This particular position is in the community their aim is help people with Autism develop new skills and live independently at home and in the community. Every person you support is an individual with individual needs and you will have a great support team behind you to make sure you can provide outstanding support which makes it a great place to be…for residents and staff.

As a Support Worker, you will be:

• To deliver “hands on” care to people in a person centred way.
• Support residents to enjoy a good quality of life.
• Best practice when delivering care.
• Assist residents in all aspects of their physical and emotional needs in line with agreed care plans.
• Contribute to the daily plan of the person.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• You have to be a Driver
• NVQ Level 2 is preferred.
• Experience in a similar setting (desirable)
• Great level of care with an excellent care track record needed
• Be living within travelling distance to Bournemouth.

Hours: Full or Part-time hours available.
