Rate: £48,000 – £60,000+ package

My Client are a Top 10 Main Contractor and are currently seeking a Site Manager. The projects that they undertake are New Build, Residential and Retail.

They are seeking an experienced Site Manager, to run a New Build Residential and Retail project based in East London. The Project is at the pre-construction stage. The ideal candidate will be a stand-alone Site Manager who is a driver of projects whilst keeping a close eye on detail. The role will be looking after is the pre-construction including piling, RC Frame work and then right through to completion for finial Hanover. The Project is Valued over £10M and consists of 48 units and 5 Storey RC block

The Site manager MUST have:

• Experience in Pre-construction, RC Frame and Final handover procedures.
• Worked for a top 10 Main Contractor
• Worked on Project with values up to £10M+
• Wide range of experience in Residential
• Up to date CSCS Card, First aid, SMSTS
