SITE MANAGER – FREELANCE (COVER)
LOCATION: Handcross
SALARY/RATE: £276per day
DURATION: 2 months
We are looking for a stand alone Number 1 Site Manager to cover a project in Handcross
ROLE:
Reporting into ta visiting Contracts Manager
Managing trades on a daily basis
Managing Sun Contractors
Dealing with desgn queries and faults
Snagging & Finsihing
Site Inspections
Health & Safety
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:
Substantial experience of managing refurbishments of Listed buildings
Hands on approach.
Strong man-management skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
CSCS Management Card.
SMSTS.
First Aid.
