Our client is a leader in its field and this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager/ Implementation & Business Consultant who has worked within Financial Services.

The successful candidate will be managing the implementation process for Mid, Large and Enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to our client’s software.

This is a field based role so the successful Project Manager/ Implementation & Business Consultant MUST be based in South West England (Devon/ Cornwall/ Exeter etc) and be a car driver.

The Project Manager/ Implementation & Business Consultant will be responsible for:

Managing multiple projects at different stages
Advising prospective and new clients on best practice in relation to data migration from previous software systems
Advising prospective and new clients on the set up and configuration of the company’s software package
To maintain and communicate regular project and activity management reports to the prospective and new clients
To measure and review the client onboarding experience, feedback to senior management and liaise with relevant parties to implement agreed improvements
To transition the client to the Account Management team following implementationThe successful Project Manager/ Implementation & Business Consultant MUST have a Financial Services/ Software background, possess excellent communications skills and have experience of working in a consultative approach – guiding clients through processes etc.

You must also be car driver and be prepared for UK travel to include overnight stays.
