Customer Service Representative 18k – 21k Fulham

My client is a fast growing internet beauty eCommerce retailer business seeking to hire a permanent customer service rep to start immediately to work at their offices located in Fulham

REQUIREMENTS
Speak very good English
Thrive in a dynamic (and at times hectic) environment
Have an analytical mindset
Previous experience with ecommerce retailers is valued.

ROLE
answering customer enquiries or passing them on to another department
Giving information and helping to solve problems
Selling products or taking orders
Handling complaints and passing them on to a manager if required
Entering customer information onto a computer database
Giving refunds as and when necessary
