Salary: £42,000 – £54,000D.O.E.

Our client is a leading Facilities Management company who have a number of clients in the retail, finance, prestige head office and manufacturing sectors. They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to ensure the overall smooth operational running of a Commercial building in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the onsite security and cleaning staff and visiting contractors to the building.
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for all cleaning and security onsite staff and visiting contractors
Obtaining quotes for maintenance and other property related works
Maintain overall control of the security operations
Supervise all service contracts and maintain up-to-date records of all work carried out by outside contractors.
Ensure compliance at all times with operational standards.
To monitor service charge expenditure in accordance with the budget and organise accordingly
Monitor and maintain Health and Safety Records
Establishing and developing good relations and partnerships with various authorities and local agencies
Essential Experience:
of Operation Management within facility management
Good track record of managing Maintenance contractors and improving service delivery
Excellent communication skills
