This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an
experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer / Third Line Support Engineer /Technical
Consultant to join a leading, IT Support Company based in Langley, Berkshire. You will be responsible for providing 3rd
line and Project Support to a wide range of SME’s to Enterprise end users.

We are looking specifically for someone
that has worked for a Managed Service Provider and therefore dealt with
different technical issues and can adapt quickly to a new infrastructure at the
drop of a hat.

Essential Skills/Experience

You will need expert knowledge and Solid experience
Windows Server and Exchange.

*
Be able to demonstrate and have the ability to
deploy projects and configure systems in a variety of environments and diagnose
complicated faults as they arise.

*
To work with clients in order to enhance and
improve their current infrastructure.
You will be in effect, helping to build the business by guiding clients
technically.

*
To act as a mentor to 1st line engineers
and assist with all technical issues – the majority of your work will be 3rd
line, but you need to help with all issues and of course projects.

You will be joining a small team which is part of a
multimillion IT Organisation. They are
extremely secure financially and have no shortage of resources. The successful candidate must be someone
that cares about building the MSP arm of the business and sees the position as
a challenge and opportunity rather than just a job.
