Our client in the Poole area is looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician to join them for a Permanent assignment.
The main duties of this role include:
- Assisting and supporting other helpdesk team members.
- providing 2nd Line Support for the companies products through to resolution, escalating issues to 3rd line support and development when necessary.
- Creating and editing VCE translators when required.
- Following technical support procedures as per ISO standard.
- Providing face to face training and in house training for dealers, customers and helpdesk team members.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to pro-actively identify problems and come up with appropriate solutions
- Good computer and IT skills
- Highly analytical, accurate and methodical with a keen attention to detail.
This role is Monday- Thursday (9am-5:30pm),Friday (9am-5:00pm)37 hours per week
The salary for this assignment is £24,000-£30,000 PA
