We are currently recruiting for a company at the forefront of developing advanced polymer systems for engineering and facilities maintenance worldwide. They are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join their marketing team.

This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to join an established company and begin a career in marketing or for someone with previous marketing experience looking to build on their current skills in a diverse and creative role.

As the Marketing Assistant you will work closely with your team in the Marketing Department on a variety of tasks writing internal and external publications, PR activities, online marketing, market research and event organisation, with the aim to develop brand awareness worldwide.

The ideal Marketing Assistant will have developed writing skills, a creative outlook and will hold a relevant degree. Previous experience in writing press releases, newsletters and copywriting is advantageous but not essential as long as you have a strong understanding of the marketing mix.

You will possess superb communication skills, both verbal and written and you will have strong IT skills. Experience in market research and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro) would also be advantageous.
