About the role:

You will take the lead in communicating physical security controls across the organisation by delivering a collaborative internal security communications plan. You will raise awareness of security controls and embed a strong security culture across the organisation.

What you will do:

– Champion the need for physical and personnel security across the organisation
– Coordinating the development and delivery of a communications plan
– Close collaboration with Information Security teams on areas like security policies and standards, governance, risk and compliance and threat intelligence and assessments;
– Producing creative and engaging communications materials
– Developing effective internal relationships to help deliver your communications plan
– Assessing and analysing the effectiveness of communications and assessing staff’s views of physical and personnel security

Required experience includes:

– Knowledge and understanding of current physical and personnel security issues;
– Highly collaborative and with experience of bringing people together to deliver joined-up and coordinated results;
– Knowledge & understanding of current and emerging security trends, threats, vulnerabilities and mitigations.
– Experience of project management to implement, drive and control project delivery;
– Experience of producing clear communications materials;
– Strong presentation skills;
– Well practised training skills;
– Strong communicator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to gain stakeholder engagement and buy in for user education and awareness efforts;
– Excellent time management skills with the ability to change direction in a fast moving environment;
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
