Education Recruitment Manager

This position will be working for a privately owned Teacher Recruitment agency in the heart on Nottingham.

The reason the position has come about is due to an internal promotion, you will inherit a small stable team of recruiters and an administrator.

The ideal candidates for this role will be a natural leader, somebody that will lead from the front and has excellent motivational skills without the need to be a “micro manager”.

Your branch will supplying into Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and SEN Schools/PRU’s with a particular emphasis on Longer term placements alongside the “day to day” supply.

To aid you with your branch and staff development you will have access to some excellent marketing material, effective pay roll and compliance team and continued external and internal training.

This role would suit either a Senior consultant looking for the next step up in their career or a current branch manager wanting a change from the traditional corporate recruitment environment.

Your position as Manager will involve staff training and development, regular 1 2 1s, KPI setting and monitoring, business development, budget and fiscal forecasts.

There are still areas within the branch that needs further development and you will have the flexibility and freedom to put your own stamp on it.

You will have hands on support from an experienced Regional Manager who is very down to earth and will give you genuine, useful support.
