Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year

Essential Results are an independent, successful recruitment agency based in the heart of Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a Full or Part-Time Recruitment Consultant.

As a small but growing & ambitious company we are happy to discuss what you would be looking from the usual salary requirements, bonus as well as what you are looking to achieve in terms of work/life balance and how you work best. Commission is % and rises to 20% depending in the amount of revenue generated.

We offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with a casual dress code, although business dress is required when you are visiting our clients.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

Sales Activities

• Including New Business generation
• Meet Sales/ gross profit targets
• Write proposal documents and tenders as well as negotiating fees
• Writing and placing job adverts on various platforms
• Client visits

Client Management

• Qualify job specifications
• Serving clients by identifying their needs and providing feedback
• Benchmark for clients

Candidate Care

• Pre-screening, and coaching
• Spec CVs and market candidates when required

Administration duties

• Keep CRM system up to date
• Any other duties as required
