Credit Controller Required for Dynamic Business

Our client’s core business is the design and supply of bespoke packaging solutions to large multi site organisations throughout the UK.

The Vacancy

My client has grown to be one of the UK’s leading online retailers of packaging. They supply stock packaging materials to business customers. They are looking to add to their ecommerce team and have an opportunity for an experienced credit controller.

The Person

The ideal candidate will take responsibility for all aspects of credit account management. This will include processing account applications, credit control, debt collection via phone, email and letter, responsibility for incoming cash, allocation of cash and ledger management.

Key personal capabilities and experience

Excellent experience of credit control

Experience of Ledger management

Experience of using credit reference agencies

Strong administration and organisational skills

Excellent delivery focus under pressure and used to working to deadlines

Comfortable working with different systems and juggling multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail

Experience of working within an ecommerce business would be beneficial but is not essential
