Credit Controller
Shrewsbury
£20,000 – £21,000
Due to expansion, my well-established Shrewsbury based client is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join it friendly team.
Reporting to the Finance manager you will be supporting the business with Credit controller and general accounts duties.
Essential Skills
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Bookkeeping experience desirable although not essential
- Good IT skills – MS Word, Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
Key Duties
- Chasing debt via telephone and email
- Processing supplier invoices
- Supplier and customer account opening
- Debtor Insurance
- Payment Reconciliation
- Query Liaison with customers
- General Administration
