Reservations & Stock Procurement and Inventory Exec

An opportunity has arisen for a Reservations Stock Procurement and Inventory Executive to join our growing team here at Computers Unlimited. We are Europe’s No1 distributor for everything Apple, the Digital Home and Creative Professionals, handling leading brands including MakerBot, B&O Play, Parrot, Adobe, Philips, Wacom and many more.

Our new team member will be responsible for stock allocation across all of our territories – monitoring stock levels and escalating potential issues, reviewing forecasts to ensure no overstocking, liaising with internal customers to receive information regarding allocation, reservations and customer held inventory, prioritising reservations to avoid delivery penalties, identifying causes and reducing back orders and weekly reporting for the inventory supervisor.

We are looking for candidates who have top notch administration, co-ordination, customer service and analytical skills who have an understanding of supply chain and inventory management. You will be commercially aware with excellent communication and influencing skills and as a natural people person with a confident personality, you will also be used to liaising with internal teams and working under pressure in a fast paced environment. You will be able to show us you have the character to succeed and provide evidence of successfully working in a team environment.

Excel skills are essential along with accurate keyboard skills and attention to detail. Although we would prefer candidates from within the IT and consumer electronics industry, we can be flexible on this.
