We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to work for a Main Contractor that specialises in Commercial construction, residential experience will be advantageous, you will be based around the central south coast.
If you have experience that covers a wide range of building projects within both commercial and residential, whilst working for a main contractor, then you don’t want to miss out on this opportunity!
As the Senior Project Manager, you will have the knowledge in the following:
Ability to run sites without support
Precise and cost-effective pre-start planning of development sites
Securing the construction of commercial projects within completed programmes and budgets
Adhering to company safety, quality and presentation standards
Always maintaining good relationships to uphold the reputation of the company as a whole
Making sure Health & Safety is paramount on site
Must be happy to travel covering various sites such as Southampton, Portsmouth, Hampshire and DorsetSome of the specification and requirements of the Senior Project Manager will include:
SSSTS / SMSTS
Scaffold Inspections
PASMA
Temporary Works Co-ordinator
CSCS
DBS (within last 5 years).
Must have a background of commercial (70%) and residential (30%) buildBenefits
