Robert Walters are currently partnering with a large financial institution who are in need of a Lead IT Project Manager to be based in Edinburgh. Salary to £68,160+ car + benefits.
The Lead manager for IT projects is an important role within the organisation. Delivering on business critical IT projects you will be kept busy managing numerous end to end projects ranging from infrastructure, communications and workplace services.
My client are in the infancy of building their IT capability so this is the perfect opportunity to help shape the technologhy programme and progress your career at the same time.
Experience must haves:
Proven IT experience in a financial services organisation, working within a large scale complex environment.
Management of 3rd party resources and services
Managing the execution of a portfolio of technology change programmes
Leading a team through the lifecycle of a project ensuring governance, risk and issue management.
Experience in coaching direct reports.
Prince 2 or other industry qualification.
