Salary: £36,000 – £54,000 per year
Are you an established leader with experience in FMCG customer service? At VF, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager within our Wholesale division. Customers love our leading brands – Timberland, Lee, Wrangler and Vans just to name a few. Leading by example, the Customer Service Manager will inspire the team to work together, hit targets and make the most of new business opportunities.
Making sure that our brand strategies are at the heart of everything you and your team does, you’ll empower your Team Leaders and provide a positive brand experience every time a customer gets in touch with us. As well as acting as the key link between customer service and brand management, your role will involve setting budgets, assessing resources, implementing procedures and reviewing competitors and market trends.
To make an impact, the Customer Service Manager must have:
• An impressive track record of shaping team strategy and leading, coaching and realising the potential of Team Leaders and a team of over 20 people
• Management experience gained with a fast-paced, large turnover operation, incorporating customer service, supply chain and distribution. FMCG experience is essential.
• The drive to continually improve performance, shape processes and deliver efficiencies, as well as a wide range of sales initiatives
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, strong commercial awareness and a passion for customer service that will keep our customers coming back for more
• A proactive approach and the credibility to influence colleagues and inspire great teamwork.
