Interim School Business Manager

Salary: £26.4 – £30 per hour

An exceptional individual is required to bridge the period of succession whilst this secondary Academy recruits for the permanent role.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central leadership role in helping to shape the vision and direction of this Secondary Academy and support the central Trust team in North London.

The Business Manager will provide overall management regarding all aspects of health & safety, finance, HR, facilities, catering, data protection, risk management, and communications within the school, leading a team of three.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a school at an operational level, will possess excellent HR knowledge, understand budgets and is a natural leader. You will be forward-thinking and able to demonstrate high standards of professionalism and business acumen, together demonstrating excellent leadership qualities. You will be confident working within a fast-paced environment and can respond quickly to change.

This is an on-site, all-year through role and you will be considered for the permanent post.
