Interim Business Process Excellence Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Interim Business Process Excellence Manager to join a leading company based in the Cambridgeshire area. As the Business Process Excellence Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing a team responsible for the implementation of management systems and tools from which productivity and efficiency can be continuously measured and understood.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Business Process Excellence Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as following:

1. You will make recommendations for the modification/enhancement of existing systems and tools that measure productivity and efficiency to meet the needs of business unit managers

2. You will oversee the planning and co-ordination of projects to install the system and tools for measuring productivity and efficiency into departments that do not currently have them and ensure projects are delivered on-time. you will also formulate change management plans as appropriate.

3. You will work with department managements to identify trends and anomalies between financial data and efficiency data

4. You will build, lead and motivate an effective team, whilst preparing an individual development plan for each team member which takes into account the recent department restructure and the needs of both the business and the individual.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Business Process Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Science, Quality or Business related field

2. Proven industry experience in Leadership, Change Management and Developing Others. A Lean Six Sigma qualification would be desirable.

3. Good understanding of the operations of a CRO and significant experience of working with financial, productivity and efficiency business metrics are required to be successful in this position.
