Director – Education Recruitment

This is a rare and unique opportunity for you to come in at senior level with a company that will allow and encourage a high level of autonomy needed to be successful in developing and growing this company beyond its current boundaries.

The basic salary is between £84,000 – £96,000basic + commission.

A modest and realistic OTE in your first year is £120,000.

You must be a Dynamic Director, one with essential experience in growing an agency and opening new offices with exceptional knowledge of the education recruitment market. You must be a good “all-rounder”.

The plans moving forward will be to consolidate the current business within the London markets whilst also targeting key geographical areas across the UK for planned future growth and expansion.

The right person coming in will be involved from the very start of this new expansion and development and will be seen as a key player finalising the plans, targets and objectives going forward.

Duties/key points

• Opening up new offices across key areas in the UK
• Writing proposals, Strategy/financials/policies and with exceptional knowledge of the education recruitment market.
• Man management
• Aware of compliance procedures, AWR and changes with legislative law
• Knowledge of the quality marks the company has obtained and what they represent
• Overseeing a Manager, team Leaders and 8 consultants
• Bidding for large contacts and tenders
• Working alongside the other Directors within the company
