Branch Manager – Driving & Industrial Recruitment

Salary: £38,400 – £45,600 per year

With recent investment into a tech overhaul, excellent head office marketing and a senior management team who are close enough to the ground to really “get” the market, they can support you to take over the helm of this flagship branch.

Currently a team of 6, you’ll take over the leadership of the branch with a view to maintaining the current client base and supporting the team to grow it. There’s budget for increased headcount and you’ll be instrumental in the recruitment process.

The training & development programme is comprehensive and spans trainee recruiters to leadership & management training through your career.

Experience in industrial & driving recruitment is essential, with a 360 background, senior consultant or manager level.
