Salary: £40,200 – £42,000 per year
Lioness Recruitment – careers handled with care. Are you a software implementer or systems support analyst looking for your next career challenge? We are exclusively supporting a public sector organisation in the recruitment to a Systems Support Analyst implementing and supporting a range of applications. This role will require a minimum of two days per week onsite working based at offices in West Yorkshire.
Your main responsibility is to assist the business in making the best use of their systems and that they are fit for purpose. You will take leadership of software change and implementation, alongside general support across various business systems. You will also support software configuration and user training.
Essential Skills:
- Commercial experience working in similar implementation/systems support role
- Implementation of software systems
- System configuration
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Application support
- Training
