Salary: £26,000 per year
Our established, successful Derby based client is looking for a Client Engagement Executive to work within their client engagement team (reporting into the Head of Client Engagement) – the role essentially being to build positive relationships with their customers, demonstrate their product and support clients with their use of the system.
The role will be a combination of working from home (laptop and mobile phone provided) and hot desking in a central Derby locaton.
Hours are 37.5 hours/week Monday-Friday office hours (flexible).

Aims:
* High Quality Customer Experience – dealing with incoming enquiries, calling clients with an update

Responsibilities
* Liaising with clients
* Demonstrating the product to key stakeholders and clients
* Assessing clients’ needs and identifying customer requirements
* Identify upselling opportunities
* Create and updating reports
* Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
* Assisting customers using our tools
* Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
The role has excellent progression opportunities for the right candidate as our client has recently won some very large contracts (with plenty more good news in the pipeline!) – in addtion to all of the above, if you have a background in Health and Safety, this could be an advantage, although not essential.
In addition to a competitive basic salary, and working within a dynamic and progressive business, there is also the possibility of a bonus scheme being introduced within 3-6 months.
