Role requirements

* Delivery of high quality Teaching and Learning to all Learners
* Design and deliver internal awareness sessions
* Produce schemes of work and lesson plans for all courses delivered and review annually
* Produce resources to support learning activity
* Delivery of key qualifications Food Safety Level 2, Health and Safety level 2, Education and Training Level 3 and Manual Handling Level 2
* Co-ordinate provider led activity for Sector Based Work Academies, Traineeships and Apprenticeships
* Ensure that Equal Opportunities, Safeguarding, Health & Safety, English and Maths are embedded into all learning contact with Learners
* Invigilate examinations to Awarding Organisation and Centre standards
* Maintain an Internal Quality Assurance sample plan and undertake Quality Assurance activity in line with company IQA policy
* Support Head of Work Based Learning with any External Quality Assurance visits
* Update Learner Management, Awarding Organisation and any e-learning with Internal Quality Assurance reports and qualification or certification claims.
* Maintain annual record of CPD, minimum 30 hours (pro rata).

Key Performance Indicators

* Success rates for level 2 courses are above 70%
* All learners undertaking trainer qualifications have appropriate assessment plans and qualification reviews
* Overall success rate for assigned learner of 80%
* All internal learners receive feedback within 5 working days of attending training
* 100% of qualification completions to be within 3 months of Planned End Dates

Qualification requirements

Essential qualifications;

* PTLLS Level 4 or equivalent
* Food Safety level 3 or 4
* Health and Safety level 3 or 4

Qualifications

* Emergency First Aid Work
* D32 / D33 or A1 Award or equivalent
* D34 or V1 Award or equivalent
* NEBOSH General Certificate
* Certificate in Education
* Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Level 3 literacy or O ‘level equivalent
* Level 3 numeracy or O ‘level equivalent
* Certificate or Diploma in Learning and Development
* Equality and Diversity Level 2 or above
* Level 2 Safeguarding or above
* CIPD Certificate in Training Practice
* CIPD Diploma in Training Practice
* CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management
