Wiltshire College are looking to recruit three Tutors in Work Skills to undertake and deliver Work Skills courses across Wiltshire College locations, as well as deliver further after course support to the learners as directed.

You will be required to develop the teaching and learning in the agreed area of the curriculum mainly working with 19+ learners to ensure a high quality and learner focused delivery of the curriculum. Furthermore you will provide learners with progression opportunities within Wiltshire College including other Work Skills/Adult Enterprise courses and careers interviews; whilst taking part in open days, marketing and recruitment activities, as well as interviewing and enrolling students as required.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Teaching and Learning or equivalent and will have recent experience of delivering planned sessions for 19+ learners. You will have experience of delivering employability training to the long term unemployed as well as experience of working effectively with adult learners with challenging behaviour.
