Help Desk Service Controller

Salary: £30,000 – £31,800 per year

Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Help Desk Service Controller, you will be:-

• Based from their office in Ilford in Essex
• Working 8.30am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday and every 3rd Saturday morning
• Taking calls from clients regarding their issues with their commercial glass washers and dishwashers
• Booking out engineers to repair jobs and completing additional paperwork
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Updating the engineers’ weekend work rotas

Preferred Skills

• Living within travelling distance to Ilford in Essex would be needed
• Experience working in a help desk admin environment would be very beneficial but is not essential
• Having experience working for any kind or HVAC or mechanical / electrical or contracting company would be beneficial but is not essential
• Great computer skills needed as well as great time management and problem solving skills
• Experience needed working within a busy phone environment and have great customer skills within a team environment

Benefits

• 23.5k to 25k basic salary depending on experience
• Free parking available on site
• Overtime at x1.5 salary working every 3rd Saturday morning (9am till 1pm)
