Team Manager | Child Protection | Nottingham

We require an experienced Team Manager to work within a Child Protection team based within Nottingham.To be successful for this role, you are required to have a minimum of 4 years recent managerial experience of working within a Children with Disabilities team.

The successful Team Manager will have experience of:

Managing budgets
Staff Supervision
Managing a Team of Social Workers
Initial assessments
Core assessments
Attending statutory reviews
Undertaking risk assessments
Assessing the needs of children with disabilities in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidance
Action planning – involving parents and other relevant professionals in the drawing up of care plans for children with disabilities

To apply for this role you must have:

A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
Be HCPC Registered
Be eligible to work within the UK
Be a car driver

Salary range is between GBP 30-35ph
