What to expect:

• Liaise with householders within catchment to Environmental schemes, sharing key information regarding eligibility, product options and updates on process of enrolment
• Assist the Customer Care Manager in understanding and minimising refusals, helping homeowners understand the scheme parameters and progress applicants
• Providing general scheme support to the head office with the aim of increasing uptake
• Helping to identify any factors within an area effecting the overall success rate
• Documenting vacant properties to ensure that the new residents are aware of the scheme
• Visiting Councils / Housing associations to obtain contact details and advertise the scheme

• Full UK/EU driving licence
• Strong face to face communication skills
• Approachable and friendly
• Strong organisational skills
• Resilient and Self-driven
• A forward planner who critically assesses own performance
• Reliable, polite, and determined
