Customer Service Advisor
Cheltenham
£24,000 – £28,800 + bonus up to £26,000 – £28,800 per year

My fast-paced and thriving client based in Cheltenham is looking for a repayment advisor to join their busy and growing commercial and consumer teams. My client offers great earning potential, fantastic working environment and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting customers to discuss payment resolutions on behalf of clients
- Obtain sufficient information to set up payment arrangements
- Communicating with customers via telephone, email and other platforms
- Administrative duties
Requirements
- Confident, outgoing personality
- Motivated to achieve targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and IT literate
- Attention to detail
- Fantastic problem solving and organisational skills
