Client
Our client is a luxury hotel with a 2 Rosette restaurant set in beautiful rural and peaceful park lands and gardens. The busy restaurant caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as functions and weddings up to 120 covers. The Head Chef has an excellent background and is pushing for more accolades.

Role
The successful Sous Chef will join a team of 5 other chefs will report directly to the Head Chef. Your own transport is needed as the restaurant is in a rural area and hard to get to by public transport. Previous 2/3 Rosette experience is essential.
