Researcher (Recruitment Industry)

Our client, a successful independent recruitment business based on the outskirts of Banbury, is seeking a Researcher to join their recruitment team, initially for a period of three months (although this opportunity could lead to a permanent, full time role).

Assisting a dedicated team of consultants who recruit into a niche sector across the UK, the successful candidate will be responsible for researching vacancy opportunities to identify candidates who possess the required key skills and experience for each role.

Responsible include:

Understanding each clients’ brief and vacancy requirement.
Identify skills and match appropriately with each vacancy.
Sourcing potential candidates by understanding their requirements and their individual needs.
Regularly using recruitment tools (such as on-line job boards and social media platforms) to source talent.
Communicate with candidates over the telephone, email and LinkedIn to further understand their requirements and interest in each opportunity.
Work closely with consultants to report the status of each opportunity.

Due to the nature of this role, automotive engineering experience is advantageous and our client will also consider applications from recent graduates in this field.

Working hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 2.30pm on a Friday.
