Senior Recruitment Consultant:

You will need a good amount of recruitment experience (either temps or perms) as you are working from home, building this Midlands piece. Ideal would be to have a good understanding of how to leverage off existing relationship, build from cold alongside candidate generation by social selling, networking, events and projects. Your values lend themselves toward working in a collaborative way across the business – the candidate is king here and it’s imperative that your actions consider the best for the candidate at all times.

The role is fully remote to cover a Midlands territory. You do need to live in the Midlands, or very easily commutable, to be able to visit clients easily.

We can also discuss flexible options, eg 4 days per week
