Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: £26,400 – £31,200 per year

The Role:

This well-established facilities and cleaning company are a local success story, operating in several environments. As the?Recruitment Coordinator you will join the team in a varied, fast paced and rewarding role. This role will be office based, the main duties being: • Managing contracts to ensure sufficient coverage of staff. • Recruitment of new employees. • Managing induction process to ensure meets company standards, including delivery of company Health & Safety Training. • Supporting the processing of timesheets within agreed timescales.? • Using social media to generate new business leads and engage potential candidates. • Ordering stock and?stock control.

What we’re looking for:

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, pro-active with attention to detail in all aspects of you job. Experience in recruiting staff is essential and must have excellent IT skills. Experience of using social media would be advantageous as this is a great lead source for candidates. Excellent telephone manner and confident in dealing with staff and clients on either the phone and in person. You will occasionally join the Directors in visiting clients and attending networking meetings. Flexibility is a must as this is a fast paced environment priorities can change and on very rare occasions you may be required to support contracts. This role requires you to be a manual car driver and have the flexibility to work Monday to Friday and between the hours of 9.30am-6pm. You will receive a salary of £26,400 – £31,200dependent on experience.
