Customer Account Executive

Working for a leading, growing business, my client is looking for someone who is committed to ongoing development, is confident dealing with clients at all levels over the phone, is proactive & has the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment. This position is a primary support role for all customer contact with a determination to exceed service levels.
Responsibilities:
*To be the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, resolving any queries
*To carry out all administrative tasks
*To develop and maintain sound relationships with customers and suppliers.
*Provide accurate and up to date reporting and analysis on a regular basis.
*To update and maintain the Database across a number of clients.
*To carry out day-to-day tasks including issuing accurate product information, cost centre coding, invoice approval, document validation, payroll submission, issuing finance quotes and booking deliveries..
Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications/Skills
*Experience of office administration and customer service essential.
*Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
*Excellent verbal and written skills
