Position: M&E Building Services Engineer
Location: Central London
Salary: From £36,000 – £43,200plus travel
Duration: Permanent
My client is looking for an experienced M&E Engineer in London to cover service, maintenance and breakdowns for commercial clients
As a company, they mainly deal with the retail environment, from small convenience stores to large supermarkets.
They are looking for an experienced M&E Engineer who is holding at least their 17th Edition. They will required to deal with all general maintenance within the stores, however they will not be expected to cover building fabric work
Requirements
– Experience as an M&E Engineer
– Full UK driving licence
– 17th Edition
– Any additional qualifications would be an advantage
– Must be happy to work within central London
– Experience in the retail environment would be an advantage
