The company:
Our client is a fast growing company expanding their business on the European market

Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day customer care in order to develop the business on the German market

The Role:
– To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email or over the phone
– To develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients
– To process and follow up orders
– To help the Sales Team by providing administrative support
– To be in charge of general administration duties (weekly report, database update, stock take…)
– To provide translation from English to German
– To deal with Amazon and Ebay accounts

The candidate:
– Fluent in English & German (Written and spoken)
– Previous experience in Customer Service would be ideal
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Must be flexible as some work will be required on weekends
– Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
– Proactive and dynamic personality
– Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)

Salary:
£26,000 per year + Benefits

Working hours:
– Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm – 42.5h per week
– Occasionally on weekends (Saturday 8am to 1.30pm – Sunday 9am to 12pm) with a day off during the week – **Weekend hourly rate would apply**
