Our client is embarking on an ambitious programme of growth and is creating job opportunities across the UK. They are the leading warranty provider, the standards raising body for new homes as well as the UK’s largest building control body. Their Inspection teams play a critical role in their success carrying out over one million inspections each year, working with builders and developers to provide the hundreds of thousands of high quality homes that the country needs. Their Operations Academy designs and delivers technical training and assessment for all Operation’s staff, manages new starters training within operations and manages technical trainees.

Salary and benefits, on commencement of employment will be dependent on location, qualifications and experience.

• Salary £50,032(minimum) to £49,050 (Job Value) per year.
• Regional uplift dependent on home location up to £5,462 per annum.
