Inspection Manager needed in Hertfordshire

Job Purpose:
•You will be responsible for the management of a team of building inspectors ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
•Monitor the performance of your team, and where necessary taking any action.
•Manage the allocation of workloads within your team.
•Prepare and deliver the team budget and deliver the service within agreed limits.
•Inspect and assess sites wherever need be.

Skills Required:
•Must have a HNC/HND or equivalent.
•Experience of managing a team of staff and ideally a qualification to support this.
•Must have experience working within building inspection.
•You need to be a clear and confident communicator as you will be dealing with a broad range of people.
