Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year
2nd Line Support Engineer (remote)
£30,000 – £36,000basic salary per year plus benefits including 25 days holiday, private medical, and excellent training & development opportunities etc.
Our key client, a growing IT support and solutions provider, are looking for a remote 2nd Line Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. This organisation is built on excellent core values and are going through a sustained period of growth, resulting in several new hires in the business, including this 2nd Line Support Engineer.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be home-based but needs to be prepared and able to make occasional site visits in London at short notice. The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will be joining a rewarding company that will actively support you with professional training and qualifications.
Essential skills:
– Strong communication skills
– MS365 & Azure AD
– At least a couple of years’ experience in IT support
– Basic network troubleshooting ability
