Client Relationship Consultant
We’re looking for someone with a passion for apple to work as a client relationship consultant with are client. The ideal candidate would have experience of managing accounts within an IT Environment, but they would be happy to train up and mentored the right candidate – so a great opportunity.
The role is the key within as you are the initial contact for the Client for the enquiry, through to the commercial delivery of the solution and to help provide ongoing account support. The role requires high degree of commercial acumen, pipeline generation skills, full ownership of the sales journey for the customer, and effective administration of the renewals process.
The Role and Responsibility:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
* Maintaining accounts through regular contact, via telephone, email and meetings (virtually and on site).
* Engage in technical sales discussions with existing and potential clients utilising the technical teams as needed
* Identify and proactively maximise opportunities for sales acquisitions and growth
* Management of the CRM, ensuring all activities and opportunities are kept up to date
* Coordinate presales, quotation and renewals to ensure timely response to the client
* Ensure clients receive regular updates on quotations, projects and issues
* Review client satisfaction upon completion of projects
* Liaise with colleagues to proactively assist with live incidents, managing client expectation in accordance with the SLA and keeping clients regularly informed
* Manage client feedback to ensure they are managed through to resolution, liaising with management team as appropriate
* Identify case study opportunities for marketing and obtain client references as required
* Undertake partner accreditation requirements as identified
Experience:
* Managing accounts in an IT environment – MSP/VAR
* To enjoy working with people
* Ability to strengthen new and existing client relationships
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Well-spoken and smart appearance
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
* Strong commercial understanding
* Strong problem solving skills
