Telesales Executive – Web Lead Generation Agent
A huge opportunity to work with the best leads generated in the industry for the current number one IVA selling company in the UK.
The potential to earn £50k plus a year and not be tied to a dialler all day!
Following up on enquires made by potential clients in order to generate leads for Harrington Brooks. Build customer’s interest in services and products offered by the company and pass these onto Senior Personal Finance Managers to offer the appropriate solution.
Experience:
* Outbound Telesales experience essential
* Debt solutions experience is desirable but not essential. Full training is provided and on the job coaching will be ongoing.
Skills:
* Experience of working in a high volume, targeted, outbound calling environment is essential
* Desire to earn money and be the best
* Basic computer knowledge/technological skills
* Good verbal communication skills
* Good objection handling skills
* Ability to comprehend, capture & interpret basic customer information
* Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands.
* Dependability

Shifts:
40 hours per week – contracted between the hours of 8am and 9pm Monday to Sunday, however the business currently operates Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work as required
Salary:
£26,000per year basic salary with realistic earnings of around £19,200
