THE ROLE

* Source suppliers for parts
* Purchasing using an ERP system
* Involved in high value negotiation
* Reduce costs
* Liaise with suppliers and internal staff

THE PERSON

* Experienced buyer from engineering
* Qualified in engineering, manufacturing or similar (degree, HNC, HND)
* Ability to comprehend engineering drawings
* Experience of MRP / ERP
* Experience of negotiation, sourcing suppliers, etc.
