Impact Recruitment are looking for a Marketing Assistant to become part of their well-established team. Impact is a multi-award winning independent Industrial and Commercial recruitment consultancy based in Northampton, Wellingborough, Corby & Peterborough. With a multi-million turnover, we provide hundreds of temporary and permanent staff to over 100 clients every week.

We are looking for Marketing Assistant to work in collaboration with our sales team to deliver traditional and digital marketing campaigns to both B2B and B2C audiences.

Key duties and responsibilities required from the Marketing Assistant:

• Deliver traditional and digital marketing campaigns to support sales and operational colleagues
• Produce, schedule, and respond to social media content
• Deliver marketing activity to support lead generation
• Help deliver broader company communications to clients and candidates, working closely with colleagues to ensure all are communicated with in the appropriate and timely manner.
• Create and maintain website content
• Work closely with design tools to produce and update marketing materials
• Support the wider delivery of internal and external communications across the organisation including the general social media channels and some local press and media work as required

Key experience and skills required from the Marketing Assistant:

• Must have previous Marketing experience of implementing effective marketing campaigns
• Be able to manage own timeeffectively
• Have experience of managing multiple projects
• Have good knowledge of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Facebook)
• Be able to write excellent copy and use design tools (such as Canva)
• Have a “can do” attitude

You will be given plenty of support and outstanding training based on a personal development plan, with weekly and monthly 121’s with your Branch Manager and a fantastic internal onboarding initiative we offer.
