Role Description:

The UKI Partners Rep- (Marketing Assistant) should be a person able to reach the objectives whilst learning how to deal with issues and with strong problems solving skills. This person must be eager to learn new aspects of the business, very flexible when they will have to ‘change plans’ and work on different and urgent new priorities. They will always ask the right questions and discuss openly any issue or opportunity when they will face.

This role will suit someone who is looking to start their career in sales and marketing in a digital advertising environment

Responsibilities:

Among other tasks, the Marketing Assistant should take care of the following:

* Acquire: Achieve weekly metrics of acquiring 5 new agencies to Google Partners per week per rep
* Engage: Drive daily calls to engage agencies with the Partners programme, what it is, the benefits, the badge, the Partners portal and the Partners G+ community and report of progress daily
* Convert Partners individuals to fully signed up agencies: 100% complete profile: MCC linked, company profile linked, profile of the individual complete
* Getting Partners agencies badged: Convert 2 agencies to the Partners badges per week. Promote the benefits of the badge to the ETO agencies and work with agencies to improve the sign-up and drive them to certification in order to be eligible for the badge.
* Being able to work on the issues of the potential partners: technical issues, problems in the partners platform
* UKI Partners Champion: Being the point of reference for the reps when they are having an issue with the partners
* Close collaboration with Marketing: Daily reporting and weekly status meetings with marketing
