Operations Manager

Operations Manager, Based in Hyde, Elderly and Dementia Homes, Up to 40000PA

My client requires an Operations Manager to join them to oversee their Elderly and Dementia residential homes based across the North East. They are a well established and high quality independent provider of care services that strive to improve the quality of life of older people through the provision of excellent long term care services and accommodation.

You will need to be a professional, self motivated and experienced Operations or Area Manager and will oversee the staff, residents, administration, compliance and standards of the homes.

The Package
Up to 40000 PH
Company Car
Full time up to 40 hours per week
Shifts Mon-Fri 9-5 (On Call Weekends)

Essentials
You will hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care and have the same or similar experience, an excellent knowledge of the current CQC guidelines and regulations as well as a background in working with Dementia and Elderly clients.
